Shipping Policy

Canada Post Expedited

All orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Shipping charges are quoted at the time your order is placed. Xpresspost and Priority Courier are available for an extra fee. Please contact us for details. We will process your order within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are sent out daily from Monday to Friday with the exception of Statutory Holidays. For any items that are not available at the time of ordering, we will contact you for further instructions. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Your order can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened) including the original receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for the postage for shipping back the products.

If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us immediately to remedy the problem.

Customers are responsible for submitting orders with correct address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer's cost or, if order is returned, total refund will be minus shipping charges already incurred.

Note: Perishable goods are not refundable as we will not resell them.
